Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, athletic style of yoga that
focuses on movement. You move to the rhythm of your breath and thus come
to rest despite physical exertion.
If you already have problems, such as back pain or
tension, yoga can help you to release these blockages. With regular practice,
you will become more flexible and strengthen your muscles. You will also learn to relax
and will feel refreshed and energized after the yoga class despite the effort.
